At 21 years of age, this Mulino OR based blues guitarist/singer/composer has already accomplished quite a bit. Whether he is performing at festivals and venues hrough out the Pacific Northwest, performing at NAMM in LA, mixing and producing bands at one of the PNW's professional studios, composing his next album, or just working as a sound engineer for hire, he is always soaking in music. TJ Wong has been immersed in the PNW's music community since he was 12 years old, and it shows in his stage confidence, tone wisdom, and sheer performance skill.

TJ Wong's 2022 Lightning In A Bottle Records release "Kingdom Come" features guitar driven blues ranging the genre from contemporary to traditional, in addition to flavors of gospel. With guest appearances from Portland blues royalty Chad Rupp and LaRhonda Steele, "Kingdom Come" checks off all of the blues boxes and was well received at it's '23 Waterfront Blues Festival release.

After his succesful run at the '22 IBC with the TJ Wong trio, TJ again decided to enter the Cascade Blues Associations "Journy To Memphis" competition, this time in the solo/duo category. In January of '24, TJ will again be representing the CBA and PNW in Mempis at the Blues Foundations '24 IBC.
